Now, a new shabu-shabu restaurant in Wolter Monginsidi - Jakarta Selatan, come with all you can eat menu! Shabu Ghin is the new comer in South Jakarta!

A Japanese shabu-shabu restaurant is ready to serve you with their premium beef! Yes it's premium and it was sooooo good! If you ever come to shabu-shabu restaurant you will know, they always provide you with single stove, but it's a big no in Shabu Ghin. You can get your personal stove to cook your own shabu creation. At least you will never scrambling for who's meat is this and that :p

So, what you can get here in Shabu Ghin? The first thing you need to know that Shabu Ghin give you two options of what type of dinning you want. The all you can eat option give you the unlimited beef to enjoy and unlimited buffet bar. Then, ala carte menu with two plates of beef and unlimited buffet bar too. To be honest, the all you can eat is the most wanted thing for us! All you have to do is eat and get your tummy with a high quality beef, 90 minutes is the time limit for you to enjoy the all you can eat in Shabu Ghin. Fair enough to get what you want in here.

We got a chance to try all Shabu Ghin beef! Well it was fantastic!! The three of them has great texture and tender!! The best of the best? Definitely the Shabu Ghin Wagyu Beef! You guys will love it too for sure!

But, even the Shabu Ghin Special Beef has good taste and texture too but this one isn't my next favorite. I choose the Shabu Ghin Premium Beef because I love beef with more fat, it's fit with my personal taste.

Original Konbu Soup with Shabu Ghin Premium Beef

We prefer to have Original Konbu and Spicy Tonyu for our soup. The two tops of favorite soups here in Shabu Ghin. Original Konbu soup gave us savory and salty taste which is the best choice if you fill quite lazy to taste something different for your soup. Another one, Spicy Tonyu, the soup that has it's own fans! It's sweet and spicy with a little bit creamy. Lovely taste when it's pairing with the wagyu beef, well the wagyu beef always has it's own place for us. Especially if you give them with the condiments as their provide with several types of sauce. Choose which one is your favorite.

Condiments Sauce

Our best experience when dipping with sauce is to use Genghis Khan Sauce and Suki Sauce. The Genghis Khan Sauce was sweet soyu with sesame seed which make it more tasty and aromatic to your beef. The sweet and spicy sauce from Suki Sauce always a good choice too for your dipping choice. Yumm!

When you come to the buffet bar, you can find plenty of vegetables, mushrooms, assorted seafood balls, noodles, fruits and desserts. It were all fresh and the most important is it's all yummy to mix into your soup.

Another thing for side dish, maybe you can get japcahe, tempura or even sushi for accompany you. The buffet bar is trully satisfying and we are looking for another experience with their wagyu beef and other soup!!
