Our second post from Japan. It took the same place like our last post, Shinjuku. It was really satisfied to strolling in Shinjuku, there are so many things to see, so many things to buy, and it's fun! There are few coffee shop lists that I made. Here's in Shinjuku the Blue Bottle Coffee was an interesting place to visit.
The iconic open bar with lining of iconic drip sets was so appealing. The service was fast, great coffee collections, taste good as well. They serve espresso based and manual brew coffee. Both taste great, light and sweet taste that just fit with me.
I had my Kenya Kiambu Gathiruini in manual brew, it has an intense fruity like berry flavor and delicate sweet honey after taste. Really glad to had this.
I've tried their milk based as well, it taste unique and sweet than usual milk based that I had in Jakarta. It might be because the milk that they use, it taste sweeter when combined with the espresso.
By the way if you are looking for some kind of coffee merchandise, Blue Bottle also offer several kinds of merchandise like coffee beans, dripper sets, kettle or even a complete gift sets.
You can find this Blue Bottle place in the NEWoMAN dept. store building, Ground Floor. Just beside the NEWoMAN building there's Takashimaya building which you can find another great coffee shop like VERVE Coffee Roasters. Serving great coffee as well!
